everything felt good...i think i'm gonna start the week out what i end up at the week before on bulgarians. i can finally feel size coming back into my legs. god i missed that
and my hammies definitely missed the rdl's.
been eating great this week...i've been off work. had have like a pound of lean beef a day and a pound of chicken
all whole grain carbs...oatmeal...eggs...peanut butter and olive oil and veggies.
a couple weeks ago when i was at the doctor...forgot to mention this...my resting heart rate was 56. that got me excited...i'm gonna get a physical for the first time in like....10 years...anxious to see how my cholesterol levels are.
hopefully the u.s. open will be on this weekend instead of 24/7 flood coverage since we have 93 other news stations that are actually in the areas hit...maybe nbc will take a break
