Missed the posting from 0311, ada Darkhorse . I've been busy and not had time to read everything as of late. Thanks for the props, bud...I'm a gonna calm down a bit on the posting though, lol, I'm spending more time on other people's training than my own ..give you something to do.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

What is a bar walkout btw? Do you just like unrack the bar and walk back to squat start position and then back in?

Keep up the great work with the planks btw. I think they're too hard for my blood. lol

Oh ya, and Monsta, hang in there. You're probably going crazy not being able to work out. I know I would.

6/13/08

bulgarians - 40, 3 x 5

bench - 135, 3 x 5

rdl's - 90, 3 x 6

superset:

pullups: 5 pounds - 5, 5 ,5 ,5 ,5
captains chair: 2 x 10
side planks: 50 on each side

10 min hiit jump rope

everything felt good...i think i'm gonna start the week out what i end up at the week before on bulgarians. i can finally feel size coming back into my legs. god i missed that and my hammies definitely missed the rdl's.

been eating great this week...i've been off work. had have like a pound of lean beef a day and a pound of chicken all whole grain carbs...oatmeal...eggs...peanut butter and olive oil and veggies.

a couple weeks ago when i was at the doctor...forgot to mention this...my resting heart rate was 56. that got me excited...i'm gonna get a physical for the first time in like....10 years...anxious to see how my cholesterol levels are.

hopefully the u.s. open will be on this weekend instead of 24/7 flood coverage since we have 93 other news stations that are actually in the areas hit...maybe nbc will take a break
