back squat: 100 x 7
bulgarian squat: 55, 3 x 5
mp: 90, 3 x 5
row: 95, 3 x 5
pullups: 10, 25 reps
hip extensions: 2 x 4, 2 x 15 sec. static holds
front plank 1 min...1 arm planks...30 on each arm.
everything felt good...still not super positive i'm doing the hip extensions right...but i can do the static holds right

found a new 2nd and 3rd meal....rotisserie chicken...half at 10 a.m. and half at 1 p.m....120 g protein in the whole thing

so that and some veggies...yee haw.
