Maybe not in the powerlifting forum, but the doggpound looks rediculous! Plus, I've already seen what one trainer can do!.. You could get that service for free reading the fat loss forum's stickies!!
But I hear what you're saying. I've read every article possibly available, and about 50% is meant for the elite, or guys that know how to run test year around, not me.
When people start really trying to do those articles, their training starts to get too fucked up IMO. So I take a little here and there and either add or subtract from what I'm currently doing, and go from there.
If I somehow stop progressing, I'd rather hit up Reynolds, who already knows what I can and cannot handle, and knows what applies to me and what doesn't. Not taking anything away from that other guy at IM..
Just Reynolds knows me a lot better, and has already blasted my up from where I was to where I'm at, which I could never had imagined I'd be.
