Honestly you can't go wrong w/ Costco they always back up there products, I really don't know much about them, just that my next one would be a used comercial new would be at least 2g's. The only fault i see in that seems to be the wieght limit of 300lbs

Right on. Luckily, I'm starting to work DOWN in weight from about 248ish.. I'm dressing up my diet as of now, and want to also start with the moderate cardio in between every weight training day.

Just your cleaner diet. Mainly either low carb days when I'm not in the gym, and moderate on training days. I'm also going to rely a lot more on protein shakes vs. my usual meals. Just for simplicity sake.

My full diet is actually quite simple to maintain. My grocery shopping once a week will comprise of only buying food that's located around the outside aisles. So only lean meat, cottage cheese, and lots of veggies. Oatmeal I'm going to keep to mornings only. If I can do this strict for a week, then I'll put myself in good position to stay on it.

Last night my wife and I were looking at all my old pics from the Marine Corps (very lean!). It got me remembering how in shape I was cardio-wise. So I'd like to try and get back to what I call "combat readiness". It really shouldn't affect me strength wise. Last time I dieted like this was with the 5x5, and strength was never an issue. That reminds me that my DE is now RE for the next few weeks.

I think between eating really clean and actually doing cardio more than once a week should be all it takes. I've been lazy for the past few weeks on both fronts. I've been siding with more sleep vs. cardio. Tsk tsk.
