Tried them yesterday,felt like my knees were gonna bust thru my skin!! Need stronger PC methinks!!

ME Squat Day
Pulled from a deficit today,felt like shit before the workout,I hadnt eaten near enough,and felt a bit queezy.I did my mobility stuff and some pressing and felt much better.I hit a 9lb PR for a max of 150kg+bar (158kg),it wasnt the prettiest rep I lost it for a sec at the top,but I locked it out.I didnt go higher cos form broke a little.Tried those stepdowns next and my left knee hated them,gonna stivk with the spilt squats and bulgarians for a while,strengthen those areas and try again.Finished with rollouts(WOD) for 4 sets,form was perfect on these,I even did a little pause at the bottom before my belly touched the ground. ME Squat Day 24/11/08 Def Deadlift 1x1 130kg,140kg,150kg (PR) Rollouts (WOD) 4x8 Band GMs Blue 1x10,Blue+Orange1x10,1x23!! Stepdowns-Owned!! |
how tall was the deficit?
