DE Squat Day Threw the suit on after a few sets today,straps down, what an experience! Very awkward and my squats looked like shit, but I hope to master it! Worked up to 3 plates a side to feel it out,was very easy weight that I could move quickly.I couldnt really hit depth, and my knees were shooting forward a bit.All in all a painful experience haha.Did my assistence work after and took some cool gross pics of my hips cos I know pity is just aching to see some flesh!! Thx ALOT.The worst thing was it pinching on the way down, any tips on how to avoid that? I was thinking maybe some very thin shorts underneath, like bike pants maybe?

if it pinches that much....do you have to wear a cup while wearing that thing :)

Try sitting back a bit more with those box squats. Half of them were good, half of them weren't. To help you hit depth, you can pull the suit up higher. Pull the legs up higher with your fingers...just work all the way around & you should be able to hit depth.
