Squat Technique Day
Did some heavish doubles today, ended up with 5 and a couple singles at 300lbs or so.I am really finding it hardest to get to depth, I brought my stance in a bit but am probs till a little high on some reps.Hmmm lemme know guys if you see anything I can work on.Did heavy reverse crunvhes next then some hypers.I am gonna be sore tommoro!
