DE Bench Day
Good day with the bands today, did my spped work in 5s for a change and worked up med grip on a 3 board.Very tough with bands on the bar.Hit 90kg for a single and the 2nd squashed me.Went back to 80kg and did doubles up to 87kg, lots of quality reps in there which is what I need! moved to dumbell presses next for 2 sets then finished with dumbell rows.HHHyyyyooooge pump!!

ME Squat Day
Used my briefs for the 1st time today,went real well, they are a size up from my suit and dont have the leg, they are just groove briefs.Worked my way up using a box for depth guide to 170kg on the bar.This was a tough lift but I think I left a little in the tank.Hit below parallell on most attempts and at least parallel on all of them.The 170kg felt like my head would pop in the hole so i shot up just before I touched the box! Took the briefs off and hit 135kg close stance as deep as I could go then did some RDLs and planks.

I got the titan superior briefs at cost from my AU supplier, top guy, he wanted to get rid of them so he even let me try em on before I bought them.
They def help the hips, and they def wont magically add 100lbs to the bar.They help, but no way am I getting massive lbs out of these bad boys!
I still felt like a super sneaky gear whore cheat tho so I took em off and hit a nice deep close stance single!!
What briefs are you using currently ALOT?

ME Bench Day
Had a pretty good day today.I forgot initially to pause my reps and hit a double with 105kg on the bar, so I dropped the weight back down and worked back up to 105kg all paused for a good second or two.It really helped me highlight why my form sucks.I found staying tight easier by really forcing my abs out and holding them there, which kept my lats tight, which kept my bar path good.I can tell when I hit my groove cos the bar feels effortless to press at any weight.Moved to chins next then some tri work.Too smoked to do delts, will hammer them on Saturday!!

DE Squat Day
Free squatted against the blue bands today, went ok, really starting to get used to free squats again,these were looking pretty good,I did 6 or 8 sets of doubles and moved to GMs, no way was body having GMs so i did abs and then hypers and finished.A tough day, I hadnt eaten fuck all and was feeling the heat too.

Just tired bud, will see how this week pans out, specifically tonight, if its a rough night I will drop my frequency and volume for a bit.One thing I notice alot lately is constant DOMS in my upper back especially traps.Which prob means I need to work on that area alot more!
