De Squat Day
Good day today, used the blue band with a little more weight, speed was good and then worked up to 115kg.This was not a PR but close with that band tension .Moved to RDLs next for some heavy sets and then finished with Dragon Flags and some band GMs. Smoked! Good day today also, used 60kg for speed work, then did a couple sets CG .Finished off with chest supported dumbbell rows and then banded tris and a few easy hammer curls. ME Squat Day
Pulled sumo with a wider than usual stance today, dayumm the hips and low back really have to work OT for this!! I used a single orange band and hit a PR of 167.5kg.This was ok but my damn knee shot forward again, so it ended up looking like shit.Whats up with that I never had it happen before.Moved to heavy Hypers next then planks and some bulgarians for high reps to finish. ME Bench Day
Bout time I had a good bench day this cycle!! Hit 100 for a triple and 105 for a double of a 2 board.Both PRs.Missed 110kg for a single cos I am a pussy.Moved to heavy tris next and then did my dumbell rows and finished with delts.Holy Swole, looked jacked after this LOL look out Jay Cutler!! DE Squat Day
First day without bands in a while was good, felt very explosive and strong.Was using aroung 60-70% for most sets.Finished with 2 doubles at 120kg on the bar.Worked heavy GMs next and finished with heavy abs and some leg curls.
