Light Day
Easy day today, still sore, squats were feeling ok, nice and light tho.I did press for reps again, ewww the pain! and also some speed/form work on deadlifts.All up easy day and I felt great afterwards.
Light Day
Squat 3x3 70kg
Press 2x8, 1x7, 1x3 37.5kg
DE Deadlift 10x1 80kg

i hate high rep presses too
nice presses btw....i liked your box squats video too. you have better control than what i used to (i havent box squatted in many months now). you are able to control your descent very well. i used to just plop down on the box..lol...

Performance Day today, things went extremely well.I hit a 120kg Box Squat for a single, which equals my free squat PR so that was fantastic, then i hit a 97.5kg close/medium grip bench press too for a single,which is the most weight Ive ever moved on a bench movement, very happy with that.Throw in some DE box squats and I was finished up with a couple sets of pullups.Great Day.
Performance Day 15/2/08
Box Squat 1x1 100kg,115kg,120kg
Close/Medium Grip Bench 1x1 90kg,95kg,97.5kg (PR)
DE Box Squat 10x2 40kg
Pullup BW 1x8,1x7,1x2

Stress Day, had a toughie today, it was crazy hot again, like 40c,I was sweating like a pig!! Squats were hard but I made my reps again.Bench was real hard, I knew on my 1st set I wasnt gonna hit my reps today  so I did triples to make the reps up.I will see how next week goes,very hard today.Chins were heavy and hard, I got the reps but they were slow and had a little momentum from the legs on the last few sets,gonna go back to 5x5 next week and reduce the weight a bit, but I must say my strength gains and size gains have been incredible on the 10x3 and I'll probably do it on Squats sometime soon.
Stress Day 18/2/08
Squat 6x4 105kg
Bench 1x4,5x3 2x2 83.5kg
Chin 10x3 BW+16.75kg

Thanks widdoes, my bench likes to do this every 4 weeks or so, then I gotta change things up a bit to keep going forward.Bench sure can be stubborn when it wants to.

Light Day today
Feeling pretty good too,Squats were nice and easy,slowly working on bar placement on my back, making sure its low enough and my chest is spread.I hit my reps on press again too, it was hard but I got em! Then just a bit of speed/form work on deadlifts.Easy day real quick.
