When I do rows I put the weight down completely between each rep so the rowing doesn't depend so much on my lower back endurance. I found that after I'd done squats or deads already my lower back just didn't have it left to do regular standing rows.

Just another oppinion.

i'm not sure what other australian ones we get...if you name some i could check them out....see if we get them

i've had fosters and it was eh...the only cool part was it was a 22 oz. can. i'm not huge into lagers though...to me..most of them taste the same...some are a little more "bitey" than others....but...they don't do much for me...

i think i read that in a quote from a greg norman interview...about the fosters

In Melbourne VB (Victoria Bitter) is the popular beer. Nobody drinks Fosters in Austraila.

Performance Day

Had a funny old day today, missed all kinds of reps on squats, weird the weights just felt like a ton.I went for a PR on bench cos I felt pretty good on my warmups, missed it tho!! FUCKER 100kg is proving to be quite a toughie to get over,Ill make sure Im ready for it next time I try max.I did realise that Im not taking a wide enough grip on my sets tho so that may help!! after that I was feeling tired I was gonna dealift for a bit more volume but I fucked around with some dumbell floor presses which I loved and some high rep pullthrus to get the blood flowing.

Performance day 28/3/08
Squats 1x4,3,2,1 108.5kg
Bench 1x1 90kg 0x1 100kg
Pullthrus 2x20 40kg
Dumbell floor press 2x8 30kg
