Performance day

Another good workout, Squats were pretty tidy, I added a backoff set to gauge my form against my heavy set, not bad! Bench was heavy as all shit! I matched my old PR today and still made all 3 reps, I guess we will see what the next few weeks hold there I got a feeling it will be the 1st lift that needs some attention.Chins were tough too I only added a pound this week, got my reps though.I will probably stay with very small increases on these from now on.

Performance Day 5/10/07
Squat 1x3 98.5kg Back Off 60kg 1x8
Bench 1x3 80kg
Chin 1x5 BW+15.5kg (PR)

Overall a good workout.

Good workout, squats were good, form solid (I think!!!) and bench was tidy too,Chins were hard, I had to work overtime today and hadnt eaten for 5 hrs before workout. I rushed thru chins a bit and dropped a rep, oh well Ill get it next time.

Stress Day 8/10/07
Squat 5x3 95kg
Bench 5x3 76kg
Chin 5x5 BW+ 8.75kg missed 1 rep but did a single after 1 mins rest to get all 25 reps

Hundred KG squats are right around the corner! Chins are still coming along nicely as well.

Hi folks thanks to everyone for the comments :)

Light Day today, all went really well, squat form was good, Press form was fantastic, I re read SS and cleaned up a few probs I have been having, nothing major but I really felt it in the whole shoulder and tricep area today, I did drop a rep tho dammit! last set I missed the last rep, Press moves at snails pace for me tho and I did add more than was gonna.Ill get it next week, especially now my form is tighter.
Deadlifts were ok, I think I have a few form issues there though.I am re reading SS and will lower weights if I have to.Im not sure yet, I can't put my finger on the issues yet but Im feeling a bit awkward when pulling and I think something is off.I must admit I havent prioritized Deadlifts form wise like I have targeted squats and benches.On the plus side the strength is there I just gotta coordinate the muscles a bit better I think.I gotta get that vid up!! Man Im a lazy bastard.!! :biglaugh:

Light Day
Squat 2x5 73.5kg
Press 5x5 37.5kg missed last rep and waited 1 min got last rep
Deadlift 1x5 120kg

Good workout, I did drop a rep but I have sorted the press out well and hope to finally progress a bit better on them now.
