Light Day today, all went really well, squat form was good, Press form was fantastic, I re read SS and cleaned up a few probs I have been having, nothing major but I really felt it in the whole shoulder and tricep area today, I did drop a rep tho dammit! last set I missed the last rep, Press moves at snails pace for me tho and I did add more than was gonna.Ill get it next week, especially now my form is tighter.
Deadlifts were ok, I think I have a few form issues there though.I am re reading SS and will lower weights if I have to.Im not sure yet, I can't put my finger on the issues yet but Im feeling a bit awkward when pulling and I think something is off.I must admit I havent prioritized Deadlifts form wise like I have targeted squats and benches.On the plus side the strength is there I just gotta coordinate the muscles a bit better I think.I gotta get that vid up!! Man Im a lazy bastard.!!
Squat 2x5 73.5kg
Press 5x5 37.5kg missed last rep and waited 1 min got last rep
Deadlift 1x5 120kg
Good workout, I did drop a rep but I have sorted the press out well and hope to finally progress a bit better on them now.
