ME Squat Day
GMs were up for ME today,man what a bitch of an exercise!! form was better tho so thats good.Well it was better up to 105kg then it sucked again!! I just cant do them that heavy properly.Moved to zercher squats next, these are tough.Really work the core nicely not to mention the bis!! finished with some super highrep extensions and 4 sets of abs.
ME Squat Day 15/9/08
GMs 2x2 100kg 2x1 105kg
Zercher Squats 4-5 sets x3 up to 80kg
Rev Crunches 4x10 BW+7.5kg
Extensions 3x25 BW
Sooooooooooooo sore today!!
Side note Im going to try GMs of pins for max effort from now on and do regulars as a supp exercise.I think I can get more weight up but I lose form on the way down which puts me in a shit position to begin locking out the weight on the way up.

Dragged sled in grass for 16 mins with 42.5kg, was pretty good, pulled forward backward and handle between legs.

Dragged sled in grass for about 10 mins or so with 40kg, I was so sore doing anymore would have been counter productive.My back hams glutes etc were smoked so just a bit of light forward dragging to get the blood flowing+ some Xband walks and band GMs too.I think I need a deload.

ME Bench Day
Had a strange day today, hit a PR on floor press (only just!) but then proceeded to miss at a lighter weight!! WTF any ways moved to tri extensions next and hit some better weights + added a set.Finished with chest supported rows and fucked around with bands for a bit.
ME Bench Day 17/9/08
Floor Press 1x1 107.5kg 1x0 108.5kg 1x0 101kg (WTF!!)
EZ BarTri Extensions 5x10,9,8,8,8 30kg
Chest Supp Rows 4x10,10,8,8 55kg
Pretty good workout despite my strength just draining out of me on floor press after the PR.Weird.Today feel sore and achey, def time to deload properly methinks.
