Looking good HIT! You're stats are very similar to mine I'd say. You're a few pounds ahead in squat and maybe a couple in dead. Good work man! Makes me wanna do a max test soon.

Stress Day
Went back to work today and faced endless meetings and training sessions So my diet was shitty and I basically sat on my ass all day so i felt leathargic.Squats were heavy as could be, I started doing 3s after my 1st set because the last rep of my 1st set of 5 was fairly horrible.Bench was good i made 5x5, just, but I got it, and by the time chins rolled around I was well fucked!! I did get all my reps tho!
Stress Day 7/1/08
Squat 1x5 5x3 and 2x2 98.5kg
Bench 5x5 78.5kg
Chin 10x3 BW+11.25kg
Hard day!

Glad to be of help when I can gents. I'm just glad my rantings got through to some people over there.
We all have rough days Hops. Good session non-the-less.
Cheers,

Thanks Jeffo
Ive restarted cleaning up the diet as of now, reduced carbs and added a little protein, kinda got a little laid back at xmas (as we all do sometimes) and paid for it.
Today 40mins low intensity cardio and lots of stretching.Carb cutoffs after lunchtime.

Light Day
Not a bad day today at all.Squats were feeling good but my Right groin area muscle thingy! started to tighten up again so i cut my sets 1 short.Press was hard but felt great, I missed reps but I hit a new weight PR so I was happy.I lost count of the sets too so Im not sure of the total rep count.Either way Ill repeat this weight next week and try get the 8x3.I tried doing some barbell rows, they felt ok, Ill get a vid up, Im pretty sure my form isnt great, although I was feeling them in my upper lats and trying hard to pinch my scapula together.Meh rows are a pain in the ass IMO!
Light Day 9/1/08
Squat 2x3 70kg
Press 5x3 3x2 ???? 45kg (PR)
Row 5x5 (just to practice form not heavy) 40kg

Hey folks
Performance day today, things went well,I hit rep PRs on Squat and bench, both were feeling good.I also did deadlifts and hit 4 reps with 132.5kg, I think i had more in the tank but didnt want to push to failure.I also tried a set of pullups instead of chins, I managed 5 at BW, but I tacked them on at the end of the workout so I was pretty worn out!!
Performance Day 11/1/08
Squat 1x3 110kg (Rep PR)
Bench 1x3 85kg (Rep PR)
Deadlift 1x4 132.5kg (Rep PR)
Pullup 1x5 BW

Looks like you got things well under control here
I like the way you are getting your reps in instead of just giving up or putting up a bunch of complete crap reps. Getting the job done is getting the job done. Lifting heavier weights is lifting heavier weights. Many would just stick blindly to the notion that if it's not "this many reps" with "this amount of rest" it's a failure. Well, nothing is a failure if the end result is you getting stronger or making progress.
