Thanks Eric I completely agree that quality is of the upmost importance.If my last rep is shitty I generally rack it and wait for the next set, seems to be working well too.
Stress Day today
Had a good workout today, I still didnt hit a full 5x5 on squats but it was only cos I cant count!!

I accidentally stopped at 4 reps on my third set.Bench was HEAVY!! I only had 4s and 3s in me today,Ill hold the weight over next week.Hit all my chin reps tho so sweet.
Stress Day 14/1/08
Squat 3x5, 2x4 1x2 98.75kg
Bench 2x4 5x3 1x2 80kg
Chin 10x3 BW+12.5kg
Overall solid, my squats felt a bit off but I videoed them so Ill check why, also didnt feel completely wrecked after today like I normally do on stress day, dunno might be the massive buffet brreakfast I ate!!
