DE Squat Day

Had a great workout today I've adjusted my % a bit for squats due to the recent Box squat PR.Speed was great & my box is a tad lower too.Moved to GMs next instaed of deadlifts cos I'll probs pull sumo for ME day this week.Loved it I did them wider stance again and form was much better.Finished with 4 sets of heavy abs and 3 sets of extensions.

DE Squat day 25/7/08
Box squat 10x2 60kg
GMs 4x8 60kg
Abs Pulldowns 4x10-12 70kg
Extensions 3 sets

Might up some vids of the squats if I am not tooo lazy
