Speed wa good, easy workout, I just did my 8 sets, did some JMs and then did some Pulldowns,Deload done.
DE Bench Day
Bench @ 55% 8x3 50kg No Bands
JM 3x5 20kg,30kg,35kg
Band Pressdowns 1x50
HG Pulldown 2x8 110kg

they are kinda like..folksy rock...they remind me of fleetwood mac at times. very interesting stuff though, they play weird instruments too like 11 string guitars and such. very relaxing stuff.

ME Squat Day
Beast of a day today, fucking smashed on box squats tonight.Hit a double PR, real nice but it was a grinder.Did some fairly heavy GMs next they were great, by the end my whole back and PC was smoked, finished off with pulldowns abs, I did them a bit different today, I added a twist at the end to include the obliques a bit more, that made it real tough.
ME Squat Day 29/9/08
Lowbar Box Squat 1x1 135kg,147.5kg(PR) 150kg (PR) 1x1 135kg (lowerbox)
GMs (Deadlift Stance) 4x5 60kg, 70kg, 80kg
Pulldown Abs With Twist 4x10 70kg

Thx Horse Its about 348lbs or so, fucking close to my xmas goal of 350!!
I must admit looking at the footage of the lift I was at parallel,maybe if you squint and tilt your head a bit I was below!! LOL but still a huge PR for that height box anyways.
