Bench Day

Let me start by saying it was 115 degrees today!!!! Ahhhhhh!!! Anyways I Flat benched today,I worked up with the intention of doing some heavy doubles.I got to 95kg on the bar and was gonna try double it,not going to happen!! so I did 2 pretty nice singles (slow but good form) and then doubled 90kg.I added a 3 board and did 2 triples to furthur reinforce how much I suck at the top of the bench!! I did standing presses next for 2 sets and then 4 sets of dumbell rows.Was gonna do tris but I started to feel a bit dizzy!! Will do em as a warmup on squat day.

Bench Day 29/1/09
Bench 2x1 95kg
3 Board 2x3 90kg
Press 2x5 40kg
Dumbell Rows 4x7 40kg
