DE Squat Day

Pulled some sumo for speed today, went well.I did my heavy abs first it was good.Did some SLDL too and I am so sore in my upper back muscles, these were tough!! Good workout.

DE Squat Day 3/4/09
Sumos Singles up to 120kg
Heavy Abs
Accessory stuff
