Yeah I need to be more aggressive on the descent, shoving my knees out well I am just not pushing back hard enough which I think is why I am having them shoot forward on me.Note to self STOP BEING A FAG SHITTER AND DO IT!!!

ME Bench Day
Hit CG floor presses today, wow, trashed the tris, great movement, worked up to 105 for a single and missed 110kg.105 flew up no sticking point at all.Moved to illegal wides next for 5s and then tris lats and some shrugs, why bother with shrugs?

Umm thats a PR for close grip i think,I have done 107.5kg with a wider grip.

Fucking hips are sore, too sore for wide squats so I just practised in the suit with a light weight.Did some GHRs and some planks.Done I need next weeks deload.

Well felt like ass all day but managed a damn good workout, hit 100kg for a nice triple off a 2 board then for another off 3 boards.Doubled 105kg off a 3board next and then did speed work.Finished with dumbell JMs dumbell rows and some light bradford presses.

ME Squat Day DELOAD
Smoked it today, felt great, pulled conventional for a double PR.Ended up hitting 175kg on the bar so a bees dick under 405lbs.Stopped cos my form broke on the last pull.Did dragon flags after for more weight and reps than ever and some 2x blue band GMs close stance.
