DE Squat Day

Well I am gonna have to change it to ME squat day for this one ended up working up with wraps on and hit 160kg 4 plates a side for a PR, fuck yeah been after that for a while!!Did 5 singles.Did 5 sets of snatch grip RDLs and a few abs, was smoked after the squats.

DE Squat Day 28/8/09

Free Squat Belt and Wraps
1x1 130kg
1x1 140kg
1x1 150kg
1x1 160kg (PR)
1x1 140kg No Wraps

Snatch Grip RDL
1x8 80kg
4x8 100kg

Abs x some

Hit paralell for most sets, depth on my last PR sets was a bees dick high, my wife brought my little one in to the gym and having them behind me really threw off my concentration and my knees came too far forward.Hard to hit depth like that.
