Well this is fucked, I went and got my Left lower leg all tattooed up again, session took like 2 hours and now my hip has swollen to the size of a golf ball and my left glute and groin area is huring like a bitch.I havent lifted at all since tuesday when I front squatted and that def didnt cause this.The only thing I can think of is having my leg all twisted while I was getting tatooed.This sucks cock.Gonna do some upper work tonight which will be floor pressing I think to keep the strain off my legs/hips etc.Its a deload so i suppose its better than during a heavy loading phase.
This is weird so anyone feel free to comment on how to get rid of this as quickly as possible.I am all ears.
