ME Squat Day DELOAD
Fucking needed this deload!, did RDLs for some heavier weights yesterday, man this was pretty good.I stuck to 3s and went totally naked, ala no belt or nothing.I am so very sore, especially in my upper back and traps,did a few goblet squats next and some WOD.
