DE Squat day
Hit up the SSB to start this next wave off, did about 10 sets, this damn bar is a bitch (I know I say that everytime) used around 225-245lbs plus a blue band for sets.Then hit up Bulgarian split squats and then abs , damn good day squats were tough but strong.
