Well, I had planned on really carbing up this weekend, and I did that and more. The Wedding saterday was a blast, and I ate my fill all day long. I also drank my fill (bad bad bad). The worst part is since i havent drank alcohol in so long, I felt like absolute shit the next day. So I basicly went from a carb overload, into a 20hr starving period, which sucks cause I couldnt hold any food down till almost 8 oclock.

I was also in a car accident on sunday, and my back and neck are still sore today. I didnt lift yesterday because i wanted to rest up and make sure I didnt screw myself up even more.

On a positive note my shoulder is no longer bothering me, and I should be good to go tomorrow in the gym.

The gf was very supprised at how much fat i've lost, and it was a good ego boost. I am back on track now, and will stay that way till the end of this cutter.

Damn bro! Sorry to hear about the car accident.

My views of restricted eating on a diet is this: If you have an urge to eat some cookies or drink some alcohol, a good rule of thumb is to eat as much as possible in one sitting..Or to drink yourself stupid. Why?..Because then your cravings will be satisfied times ten, and you most likely won't want to cheat again..Whereas if you slowly eat some here and there, drink a few beers every so often, you probably won't be satisfied and cheat continuously. Plus, consuming it all in one session is easier to work off and won't digress you as much as cheating on a continued basis would.

thanks man. I'm getting back in the gym tonight, starting my 10's. I cant wait to get back to it. I am plesantly suprised that I am feeling as lean as I am right now. I will have to go at it slow tonight to make sure i'm 100% but no worries.

Oh and I just got my pure virtago, time to start up my tester log.

Thanks guys, good look.

So I begin my second week of 10's yesterday, and I am liking the way i'm feeling. I also started back on the e/c stack on sunday. Will be on for two weeks, then back off again. feeling very strong some wieghts of note:

A2G squat 235x10x2
SLDL 195x10x2
(very good for my week ass legs)
Incline barbel 235x9, 235x8 (felt strong, but didnt want to push it)
wide grip pull down 205x10, Parallel grip 195x10

I've moved everything else up as well, and i've been switching my isolations up to keep things more interesting in the gym. doing the same shit day in and out gets annoying, and i want to shock the muscles a little. As of late i've been hitting bi's with the circular curl that 0311 posted an illustration of, i am diggin those big time.

Diet has been solid, although hunger is down from the e/c, i'm still getting my meals in. I need to clean my kitchen

I cant wait to get into pct in another week, as much as i'm liking the mdien it will be nice to get back to the natty again.

Good look Grunt.

I had a decent workout last night, wieghts were the same as monday, no real issues or improvements. I'll try and push it up again on friday and see whats up.

Saterday will end my mdien cycle, so i figure I should post up my PCT protocol so everyone will see what I'm doing.

Rebound xt (3x ed first 5 days) (2x ed next 8 days) (1 cap at bed next 17)
Lean Xtreme (1 cap at bed for 7 days)
Activate (3 caps ed for 30 days)
Fuze (3 caps ed for 30 days)
Pro liver (3 caps ed for 30 days)
Anagen (5 caps ed for 35 days)

-Not pct, but starting at the same time-
CEE at 6g ed
Citruline Malate at 4g ed
Xtend

-Continuing use-
e/c stack (2on 2off)
Camphabolic
Sesamin
Alcar (when not on e/c)
REM
Fish oil
Pure Virtago

And god dam thats a lot of shit. I cant wait to get this started and keep this recomp going. Let me know what you guys think of all this.

216lbs this morning

I dont usually put stock in the scale, but today was the first time i've been under 220 in a long time. I am sure i'll blow up on tomorrows carb up, but I am excited. I am really starting to see the results now, slow and steady and gettin it done.

Absolutely, i've been taking pics every 3 to 4 weeks to keep up on my progress. I want to post them all at the end. If I can keep my muscle mass and get down to around 200lbs I think that would be perfect for me.

Then I can concentrate on keeping bodyfat stable, and adding muscle. I started around 228, if i can end up back there, but with 10% bf I will be the happiest man alive.
