yesterdays lift, trying something new for a while.
bench: 5x5 at 205 rows: 5x5 at 125 squat: 245x5 265x5 285x5 305x5 325x5 should've done 20 minutes on the bike but i was to tired (only 4 hours of sleep). also i weighed in at 198 that morning. |
