Squats 135x5 155 2x8 OH Press Empty Bar x 5 75x3 100x2 130 3x5 Deadlifts 135 1x5 205 1x5 Ab work: Weighted Decline sit-ups (1x50), Dumbbell Side Bends(1x20), Cable Woodchops (2x15) Felt good to lower the squat weight and work on form. I struggled on the OH Press at that weight, but I made it through. I lowered my deadlift to focus on form. |

Yeah, yeah, I kinda fell off the wagon there...but im going to get back into things. Dont think I am going to do starting strength cause my left knee is still kinda bothering me. I might start working out with a friend of mine. I may post up a new journal, sorry for dropping the ball on this one.
