BW: 205.4lb Deadlifts mobility 70kg x 5 90kg x 5 110kg x 3 120kg x 5 135kg x 5 155kg x 1(+10) Deadlifts 90kg 3x10 Superset with... Hanging Leg Raises BW 4x11 Thoughts My big set was fairly easy. I could have gotten another rep but I went with the "one in the tank" theory. I also held back a little bit in the 5x10 to hopefully keep my bcak in 1 piece for squats. IW |

It's functional strength. That's sort of what my program is based around. That's why all my lifts are completely raw.
I don't lift to compete. I lift to stay in shape and be strong in every day life. IW |

Definitely not a vegan. Would be tough to get to 205lb as a vegan I think... lol
Well I am trying to power through this sickness. It didn't last too long and I'm getting through the last bit of it now. Military is definitely my best lift. Although I'm not sure why! lol IW |
