And I do cut mine back :biglaugh: only a 100-200 cals. Reason is I'm not needing as many carbs.

So I guess just do what you want to.

11-5-08 (Cardio)

Did 30 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical. I don't count the calories on the machine, I just make sure I keep an eye on my heart rate. The only thing I took at of my eating regimen was the two scoops of waxy maize post workout. I will post my diet for today tonight.

Sunday- Legs
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday- Cardio Session
Thursday- Can't decide on Shoulders or Arms

Damnit I can feel a cold coming on. I need to take some Vitamin C and E and drink a couple cups of decaf green tea before bed.

Yep, I have a cold and I feel like shit. Just did some cardio and abs today to keep active. Hoping to start up again tomarrow.

That's a good time for supplementing with glutamine. (when you're training and you feel a cold coming on, or if you're sick and training)

J-Rock 11-07-2008 02:29 PM

I bought some Glutamine, Vitamin D3, Magnesium and Zinc today.
I have graduation tomarrow morning so no workout. I found out the other day that I am graduating Magna Cum Laude so I am very excited. I should be go to go on Sunday and will start my week with legs.

Congrats man.

Thanks brother. Thats one of the main reasons I had a hard time keeping my gains from lifting. I was trying to keep my grades up and my bodyfat down and figured my grades were more important at the time. So, I'm trying to stay in the groove now that I am finished and when I start grad school, make a schedule so I don't slip off again.

I want to thank everyone that has supported me and given me advice in this journal thus far. You guys and gals are really great people.

Jason
