Thursday & Friday I did yrg... gunna move up to the harder workout session today and see how that works

Yesterday hit the gym

Chest Press: 3x8 - 45

sooo... 2 of 3 exams were OK. definately think i failed the last one... but whatever. pretty sure the whole class did so i'm hoping for a little bell-curve action!

been keeping cal's under 1850, lost an inch somewhere... i think on my ass or waist... can't remember. lol.

really haven't worked out since last sunday Did 40 mins of YRG yesterday which apparently burns around 400 cals.

hitting up the gym today between shifts at work, gunna try the new switched up program! thanks again btw!

You don't get the edit function until you reach 50 posts. It's a protection against drive-bys.
