Gym today between work
B Chinup: 2x6, 1x4 - 65lbs on assist (took less weight off to up my reps) Goblet Squat: 3x8 - 15 Rows: 3x8 - 50 Calves: 3x8 - 200 Preacher Curl: 1x8 - 30. Don't really like preacher seat, gunna do something else for biceps next week. It felt really awkward and weird Abs: 3x15 15 mins HIIT Decent day at the gym, might stay at 15 mins HIIT because of time. and thanks for the calorie advice guys :) |
kk so i'm gunna cut out bicep curls because i'm hitting biceps with chin-ups. n e objections?

soooo 3 major projects due this week has meant MAJOR slacking on the gym aspect. and probably going to mean slacking until i'm finished them... which is gay, but i'd rather not fail my courses.
on the plus side i'm down to 158! |
