Yesterday was a very quick gym day, didn't have much time between my split shift at work
A:
Lunges: 3x8 - 20 .. def felt the burn!
Dips: 3x6 - 70 assist
Back Extension: 3x8 - 15
Dumbbell bench press: skipped, but did 4 pushups earlier... (im weak, whatever :P )
Calves (seated, machine): skipped
Military Press: 3x6 - 30
Abs: skipped
HIIT: 10 mins (time constraints)
Lost a lb since last week

so i'm down to 159!!!
Gunna cut my cals starting tomorrow to 1700 a day instead of 1850, and see how that works!
