Definately. My problem back when I started conjugate training with Reynolds is that P. rows were fixed in my template. I think my best was 295 x 3 x 8, and was absolutely stuck for months. Hindsight being 20/20, I should've ditched them for something else. Could be anything too. P. rows are a fine exercise, but IMHO definately not needed. Personally, every time I did them, it drained my energy completely.

Been there done that. Not just p rows but all sorts of things I've been fixated on in the past.

Nice, I love Wendler's 5/3/1.. I'll probably do it as well in the future if I fall in love with a lift lol.

Did you pick up his book or something? He used to have the articles listed at elitefts, but a certain someone complained about it after buying one of his ebooks!

Yea,i picked up the e-book..

few ppl over at elitefts are doing it right now with good results..

In the program he says if your feeling good go for a rep max on the last set so i did so..

Never done these,they felt pretty damn good.

well i re did my %'s so there 90% of my max like the program says to do,everything felt good today..

I see....where he says he based his "waves" by subtracting 10% off his max (estimated).
