10/12/08 DE SQ/DL

Speed Squats Parallel Box(50% of 1RM)
Barx10
95x5
135x5
155x2x10(speed was crazy)

RDL
275x5x4

last few reps of each set grip was slipping,i gotta get chalk and also start working my grip..

Sit ups
15,10,10

Got to gym late,and only had time for what you see,oh well it was a good session short and sweet..ME BENCH TUE!

i think im am going to do these 5x5 style and add weight each session.

DB Side Laterals

Biceps are trashed at this point.

DB Curls

30x12

Fucking awsome session tonight,i felt strong on everything..
