Okay guys, bad news. My rotator cuff is slightly fucked. Overhead presses are out and so is heavy pressing and pulling. Which kinda sucks dick, alot of dick.

SO, basically DFHT for the time being is a no go. I'll probably be out for the rest of the month maybe a bit longer. So now I need a new plan of attack.

Here's what I'm planning on doing:
-Since heavy pressing and pulling are out, I only have a few options
-HST since its as light as I can go while still gaining mass (very light shoulder work in terms of weights) with heavy heavy core work.
-If I can't do HST because of my shoulder then I will do strictly core.

I'll be using the HST layout similar to what I used in my HST journal.

I know I'm going to lose alot of strength by staying out of the gym, I might as well be in the gym and gain some mass and work on strength later. I'm including the heavy core work so that I'll be ready for my next shit kicking during DF 5x5 or DFHT. Kind of like turning a frown upside down

Long Term:
-HST with Heavy Core
-After bullshit shoulder heals, DF 5x5 to get my strength back to 'man' status
-DFHT

Questions, concerns, comments?
