Anywhere between 3-7 minutes. I always take a bit more rest between sets when I'm doing singles.

Thursday July 23rd

183lbs

Anderson Front Squats
245x2
245x2
245x2
245x2

Did 4 doubles instead of my usual 3 triples. I really wanted to get 245 for an ~equal amount of volume so I decided to drop the rep range and it worked out.

Backsquats
225x5, 225x5, 225x7

Probably could have done 6 or 7 reps on the first or second set but I didn't want to end up with a final set of 3 reps. So I held off until the last set and let 'er fly.

Supine GHR
10,10,10,8

Brutal.
