Missed the second attempt of the third set. It isn't so much a strength issue but more of a 'using my left arm' issue. The weight isn't what's failing me, its the semi-awkwardness of using my left arm. Right arm is strong and stable but the left arm is a bit odd right off the push. This is something I will be keeping an eye on and working at improving.

Added a couple reps to the weighted and BW sets.
Neutral Grip DB

Had a hard time with 65 last week, third set was really tough but I hardened the fuck up and got through it
I didn't do as many sets of push press today so that could be a reason why I could do 65.
Zottman Curl

Added a rep to the first set lol My biceps were just fried from the last set of pullups, zottmans absolutely raped them. It was all I could do to get 8 reps and make some progression today
