Medicine Ball is great for any kind of rotation you want to do. And of course you can use them for weighted russian twists although a plate will do for that as well. And again Pallof Presses are good. You'll want a variety anyway.

Busy day at work. I hit the gym tonight for some back/bis...good workout I'm feeling good.

Cybex pulldowns (alt close & wide grip)
close - 150 x 8
wide - 170 x 8
close - 155 x 8
wide - 190 x 6

Bent over cable rows (underhand rope)
120 x 10
130 x 8
140 x 8
150 x 7

Rack chins
17, 15, 17, 15

Bi curl machine (plate load)
45 x 10
50 x 8
55 x 8
60 x 6

Alt DB hammer curls
25's x 10
30's x 8
35's x 6
40's x 3

1 arm high cable curls
40 x 12
50 x 10
60 x 7
50 x 10

Eric quick question if you're in here. I happen to have a waist that has gotten thicker through the years...I try to stay away from weighted oblique work...so I'm thinking russian twists maybe not?
