The pancakes sound wonderful lol.. I'm very conditioned since the Marines. I can stick to nothing but brown rice and plain chicken breasts for the majority of my meals, every single day except for breakfast and my carb cuttoff meals.

Yeah zucchini pancakes don't sound good. But it's amazing what a little splenda and cinnamon can do I've done that with cauliflower before too. Mashed cauliflower with some onion and pepper... tastes just like potato pancakes

I don't really mind eating the same things all the time. It's just nice when I start to have some cravings, I know I can mold some of my 'good' foods into something that tastes like it's 'bad'.

I couldn't imagine being military though. Inhale some food while you can and you get what you get... I'm too picky with my food for that

More circuits:

Squat>foward lunge>narrow DB squat>ext>hanging leg raises

3 cycles.

20 minutes moderate SS

It's such a love hate relationship with those LB circuits. So freaking draining.

Refeed tonight. About halfway through it right now. So far I've had a pear, pasta, and some mashed potatoes. Fresh apple pancakes next (I love those things).

Friday: Complexes and some SS. I don't remember what I did. Didn't write it down

Yesterday: unplanned off day. Woke up sicker than shit and couldn't even keep water down til mid afternoon. Somehow I managed to cram all my cals in after that though

Today: More circuit fun.

Pull ups>Push press>neutral pull down>DB uprights>face pulls>russian twists

Ouchie. Strength and energy were a bit low after yesterday's illness fiasco.

No cardio.

circuits, circuits, circuits!

Squats>Bulgarian Sq>narrow Db sq>ext>unil seated calf

No cardio.

Refeed day!! I've still got a couple more hours of carb heaven left. But so far I've had: ramen noodles, a biscuit, fresh apple pancakes with fresh blackberry mash (it's good to live on a farm), forsted mini wheats, and a sirloin burger (meaning some actual bread wrapped around that thing!).
