week off would have been cooler without the ear infection and allergies. and...if the sinus medicine i was taking didn't have lactose in it and make me bloat like a mother fucker. i did not eat very good all week
bulgarian squats: 60, 3 x 5
bench: 180, 3 x 3.....150, 1 x 8
rows: 85, 3 x 10
superset with pullups...7.5 pounds....26 reps
plank and captains chair.
dropped the reps on the pullups down...40 i think was too much
bench was kinda tough...yay for not eating good...got me some nasonex and some singulair...clear days are ahead...oh yeah...also got a blood test to see if i'm allergic to any dairy proteins and other stuff aside from lactose...on my way to the lab i noticed the doctor didn't put a check mark next to whey....so..................i did it myself
