I take it that since your taking stims, your goal is fat loss. You may be losing wieght, but i'd bet that your losing muscle as well. Your diet and pre/post workout nutrition need a lot of work IMO, and that much cardio is gonna make you go catabolic real quick.
Take a gander around here, there is a lot of info on fatloss and muscle gain. You picked the right place to educate yourself.

Good to see that your pumed about working out.
I would agree with hrdgain81 about your diet. Your not eating enough. Breakfast, pre and post workouts are the most important.

I'm taking HH,but I'm not just trying to slim down.I'm trying to keep/gain muscle, and lose fat also.
I been noticing myself slimming down, and muscle gains.I mean I'm still making gains like I did back when I used to take Nitrix,No Xplode, etc.
Because the guy at GNC told me that HH has an ingredient in it for giving pumps, because I asked him why I'd still feel crazy pumps if I was taking these pills.

First things first, dont go to GNC anymore, they will tell you anything to get commision on a sale.
While you may be seeing some strength gains, a lot of that is coming purely from the stim effects of the HH, when you stop using it you'll see. Your not eating nearly enough to put on mass, look through the stickies on how to bulk/train ect.

Wow, i think your going to easy on him. His whole diet needs major help for whatever goal he may have. Well, i suppose it would work if he didnt care about muscles and just wanted a calorie deficit diet, but this is a bodybuilding site...

The point if I'm also trying to burn fat.
It's easy to say,oh you need to eat more, but I'm not trying to look like E. Honda from Street Fighter.
I try to have enough protein without eating like a pig.
Bodybuilding - The process of developing the musculature of the body through specific types of diet and physical exercise, such as weightlifting, especially for competitive exhibition.
Turns out I am bodybuilding.-Sarcasm
Around where I live,it's surrounded by nothing but greasy food,so I think I'm making a damn good decision avoiding that kind of food.

Dude, your muscles need food. If you eat more real food you wont end up being Fat. We are telling you to eat, so that you can maintain the muscle that you have or add on to it. The body wants nutrients, and it will get them no matter what...It's up to you to give it to them, or have it steal it away from the muscle that you have now...It's called catabolic and it will happen if you don't eat enough.

Alright guys, sorry I haven't been around as much as I'd like.
I have a few changes.
I've dropped Hydroxycut, and have been eating more. Still notice my body getting more tone.
Another update is,I've started taking 17HD.
I now squat 360 lbs. not including the 40 lbs.+ bar. I increased by 20+ lbs. on almost all free weight workouts.I do dumbell shrugs with the 100 lbs. dumbbells. (Highest in my gym.) I feel like I'm doing better and don't feel weak like when I was taking Hydroxycut and not eating much.
I hope this is good news, but please do give your opinion on my change.
