Volume Day Front Squat 75kg 3x5 Back Squat 130kg 2x4 1x3 Press 50kg 5x5 Chins BW 2x10,2x7 Training has been on and off for a while. I would like to get more serious and motivated again. On a positive note front squats felt good today my elbows were up and I felt comfortable. MaRv. |

Oh squat 42.5kg 3x5 bench 92.5kg 3x5,1x4,1x5 Pull ups bw 2x9,2x7 Planning to set some equipment up at home in the near future. Bumper plates etc. I think I will need them If Im going to keep working on overheads. |
