Some very interesting reading in this journal ATM, I like the fact that you are attacking some "weak" spots in your lifts right now, should make you stronger in the long run, its also giving me alot to think about as far as my own training goes,I think I may need to incorporate some new movements (especially PC stuff) to get that squat up nice and high.
And yeah get a vid up of those pull thrus I need to see how to do em!!
