went to the gym with my wife for the 1st time. she's a new member to the gym, so it was cool going with her and helping her with some of the machines.
I also got a kick out of all the huge biceps
There were a ton of guys using machines, and free weights, but only like 5 of us using the rack. to each their own... working out alone in the basement has made a man feel totally isolated to all the gym antics and sites.
