Today will be Back, Bis, and Abs. 1st day workin out alone. gonna do 3 back, 3 bis, and 3 ab exercises today. Mondays back, bis, and abs was a light day so this one i will try and kill myself. I am still sore as can be from tuesday (chest, shoulders, tris).

Off to the gym...

Well I did very well today. Did bi's 1st.

Bis: standing db curl- 3 sets (1st at 35 8reps, 2nd at 35 6reps, 3rd at 30 8reps)
arnolds- 3 sets of 8 at 25lbs

ab machine- 2 sets at 45lbs

Well I did much more than usual on my back again. I think I have muscle in my back for once in my life.

WEIGHT: 146

I am beginning to notice my gains very easily now. My chest, stomach, arms, ..... and so on, are a lot larger than they used to be. Will post a new picture soon.

Weight seems as though I am hitting a peak already, I will just need to maintain the eating schedule and be sure not to cheat this weekend like I did last.

AHH I am losing frickin weight! what's goin on. I am eating between 2000 and 2500 calories this week. Checked the scale today and lost some. Damn I am pissed. Gonna up the cals to around 2500-3000 next week if I can.

Well I can feel my six pack already, just not visible yet. I am pretty mad I haven't posted an updated picture yet, I will try and do it monday. I am headin to the g/fs tonight, then headin home at 6am for mothers day, so monday should be good.

Been gettin a lot of people noticing I am gettin bigger lately. Lovin it. Still don't see any signs of me not having the will to keep going. I am enjoying this way too much right now. Just want to gain my weight back damnit.

Well currently I am working part-time and taking maymester.

Aka working 9-3 then going to class from 5:30-8:30. I have still been working out, only 3 times a week now, and my diet has been more slack due to my serious time constraints, which will continue for another week.

Just wrote a 10page paper last night that's due today, got 2 hours of sleep. Anyways, that's how my life has been recently, all free time is sleep or doing homework. I'll be back posting normally asap.

arghhh.....

Well the past month has been a waste of time. Haven't worked out once. I am going to begin tomorrow morning at 8 am again though. I weigh approximately 140 now. I only lost 6 lbs since I stopped working out and taking creatine. So I am pretty happy about that.

Going to try and gain my 6lbs back in the next month before I head to Las Vegas for 2 1/2 weeks for work. I hope the hotel has a gym of some sort.

I worked myself too hard before I think. Just burned myself out. Eating 8 times a day and working out 5 times a week was just too much once I began having to do it all alone. Hopefully I won't burn out this time and can stick it through. My workout partner will be back in Mid August so once he comes back I will have more will to go to the gym daily. But until then I hope to gain the weight I just lost back. I realize most of the weight loss was due to stopping creatine intake, but hopefully I can gain it back real quick.

Anyways, good luck to me, and nice see you guys still around
