I think that drinking more water might help you lose weight . If you don't get enough your body holds on to it . Still - 15lbs is great :D |

thanks fellas. it feels like i been busting my ass to get to that 15. its a lot harder than i thougth trying to lift heavy and lose weight. im still in good shape when it comes ot that weight lost pool im in. my friends havent even lifted weights yet and im up on the my at least 7 to 10 pounds.
oh and i met hrdgain this weekend when he was down in philly. REAL COOL DUDE! |
oh i wanted to do some pushups last night but i did a massage event last night. maybe 217 bucks for lettin chics lay on my massage table and rubbing their backs for them. not bad for just a few hours of work. i figured it was cool anyway so that way i have a full 2 days to recover and i can make a ten pound jump on my lifts

3rd week on the 5x5
squats 5x5@325 bench 5x5 @325 pedley row 5x5 @235 25 minutes on the elliptical my knee felt good today when i did the warm up set so i figured i would give it a goo without my knee sleves and see how it went. they are the things that are around my calves. i left them there so if i needed them ill just pull them up. i was able to do the whole 5 sets without them. i only did the first 2 sets of squats and rows because i was ina rush. i got to the gym late thus no accessory work. first set of squats second set like i said i didnt tape all five because i was in a rush. next workout i will get all five on tape for you guys if there is anything you guys pick apart from this one. knee felt good without the wraps. and also by the time i got to the 4th and 5th set i notcied my ass was getting lower to the ground. i guess i have to warm up more so i can get lower on every set. and i didnt post a bench vid because you guys have seen me bench before so there was no need. if you do want to see it again i will posy nect workout this is the pedley row. i just want to make sure i am doing it straight set 1 set 2 same as the squats i just put the first 2 up. was in a rush. i will post more late if need be and the 10 pound just was successful on everything so far |
