Squats look good. Nice and deep. Never did pedley rows though.

Nice looking squats Monsta,nice wide stance and good hip drive.Cant comment on rows tho.E would be the best for that,I just plain suck at rowing!!

Cool vids Monsta looks great. Now pendley rows are the same as bb rows from the floor correct? Your form looks spot on!!

kimm might be confused. since...they are...

pendlay rows :)

it almost looks as if you could use a little hip flexor stretching...one that really helps me is: kneel in a sort of lunge position with your back foot up on a bench...front shin straight up and down...then just kinda lean down and forward keeping your upper body upright. should feel a good stretch in the hip area and upper quads.

then turn your upper body a few degrees towards your front leg and repeat...then do the other leg.

and yeah i feel like i can use a little bit more hip flexion. but you are basically talking about a single legs squat and holding it?
