thanks i dub. i didnt see that post.
they are fuckin with the net at my job and it takes forever to surf the site so i wont post as much. plus i am studying for the LSAT as much as possible so thats slowed up osting a bit. anway my hip was sore for a little after being an asswipe and squating heavy 2 days in a row. so i was just doing shit and testing out what i would do. im not gonna do a certain program but i just figured i would do some volume. i did 8x8 squats last week and that felt good. didnt feel like overkill so i think i can do that for a while. i only did it with 225 though and it felt good. so im just gonan pick some excersices and do a good amount of reps but try to leave it a little heavy WORKOUT ab wheel 3x15 bench 3 sets 10,10,8 @ 315 incline bench 3 sets 10,10,8 @245 pendaly rows 6 sets 10,10,10,10,10,10 @ 185 incline dumbell flyes 3x10 just 30 pound dumbells elliptical 20 minutes level 12 im gonna stick with some of these weights until i can get a good 10 on each. also i did so many with the pendaly rows because it was light but felt effective. i felt it real good where i needed to. i may up the weight, but i kind of like it like that. ab wheel is starting to feel easy so im gonan do more reps, and i have done flyes in like years so i was just trying them out. i will either do legs or shoulders tomorrow i started to do dips but i felt like i would have been doing to much and could tweak somethign in my shoulder so i chalked it and called it a day. i will do dips on my shoulder day |
